Naveed and his team were great to deal with. They arrived exactly when promised and did an excellent, quick and very neat install of a new high efficiency furnace and humidifier at my home. Naveed also took the time to explain the new furnace and recommended a smart thermostat solution which was much appreciated. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend.

Got a brand new High efficiency furnace yesterday. They came on time. Did a very good job. Also got a new thermostat. Naveed and his guys made sure every thing was working nice and clean. Plus they took care of extra pipes that were not part of the job. Before leaving they made sure that the entire area was neat and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Naveed of A-Z Heating and Cooling repaired my father's furnace on a Saturday, when other contractors failed, while the temperature was minus 20 degrees celsius, and the house temperature quickly dropped to 13 degrees inside. Naveed found a Ventor Motor part, when others could not, installed it the same day and deserves recognition for his outstanding effort and service. Thank you Naveed for helping our family in a time of need!

My elderly parents had problem with their home furnace on a Sunday when the weather was extremely cold. I contacted Naveed and explained the situation. He arrived with in a matter of 2 hours and fixed the problem. His willingness to come over and fix the furnace on a Sunday is commendable. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. We contacted A to Z heating and cooling in the morning and Naveed responded right away and came over to look at the issue. Turned out that the furnace had to be replaced. Naveed provided us with portable heaters to stay warm as everything was closed due to New years. Naveed and his colleage replaced the entire furnace the following morning. They provided fast and prompt service and were very professional. Naveed also took the time to explain the issue and what he is doing to resolve. Would highly recommend his services.
